Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Boom Swagger. It is a time reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations must be made via phone as emails and texts are not checked frequently.

24-Hour Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations must be made via phone as emails and texts are not checked frequently.

Guests who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price. Guests who no show their appointments will be charged 100% of the total service price.

*credit card information is required at the time of booking any color or cut & color service

Appointment Confirmations

As a courtesy, we send out confirmation email and text message reminders 48 hours before and again the day of an appointment. Guests opting out of receiving these electronic confirmations will receive a phone call 24 hours before a service. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

Unsupervised Children

For the comfort and safety of your child and our guests, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 in the salon without an appointment.
